Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to our online store.
This website and online store are operated by BDOJ OUTDOOR. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and the “Company” refer to BDOJ OUTDOOR.
We provide access to this website, our online store, product information, content, features, tools, customer support, and related services. These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Our online store uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including purchases made through our online store.
Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and other policies published through the Services may also form part of the agreement between you and us.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Danish, European Union (“EU”), or European Economic Area (“EEA”) consumer protection law.
2. Company Information

3. Eligibility to Use the Services
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Where applicable, minors may use the Services only with the involvement, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
You are legally capable of entering into the purchase agreement;
-
The information supplied by you is accurate;
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
-
Your use of the Services is lawful.
You must not use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Customer Accounts
Certain features of the Services may allow or require you to create a customer account.
When creating an account or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including:
-
Your name;
-
Email address;
-
Telephone number;
-
Billing address;
-
Delivery address;
-
Account information;
-
Payment information; and
-
Other information necessary to provide the Services.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us promptly if you believe:
-
Your account has been accessed without authorization;
-
Your password has been compromised; or
-
Fraudulent activity has occurred through your account.
You must not sell, transfer, assign, or provide unauthorized access to your customer account.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that product information displayed through the Services is accurate.
Product information may include:
-
Product descriptions;
-
Images;
-
Specifications;
-
Measurements;
-
Features;
-
Compatibility information;
-
Availability; and
-
Prices.
However, slight differences may occur because of:
-
Display or screen settings;
-
Lighting conditions;
-
Photography;
-
Manufacturing variations;
-
Packaging updates; or
-
Product improvements.
Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible.
Where we discover a material error in a product description, specification, price, or other information, we may correct the information.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is incorrectly described, defective, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement.
6. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee that it will remain available.
A product may become unavailable before your order is processed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:
-
Cancel the affected product;
-
Contact you;
-
Offer an appropriate alternative where you agree;
-
Provide another reasonable solution; or
-
Refund amounts already paid for the unavailable product.
Any substitution will require your agreement where required by applicable law.
7. Placing an Order
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products selected.
Before submitting an order, you should review:
-
Products selected;
-
Quantities;
-
Prices;
-
Delivery details;
-
Billing information;
-
Payment method; and
-
Other order information.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order.
An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.
A binding purchase agreement is normally formed when we:
-
Confirm acceptance of your order;
-
Confirm shipment of the order; or
-
Otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist.
However, once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, or shipment, it may no longer be possible to modify or voluntarily cancel it.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you.
9. Our Right to Reject or Cancel an Order
We may reject, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable;
-
Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
-
Billing information is inaccurate;
-
Delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
-
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
-
An obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;
-
An order violates purchase restrictions;
-
Delivery is unavailable to the selected destination;
-
The customer has materially violated these Terms; or
-
Processing the transaction would violate applicable law.
Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will provide an appropriate refund.
10. Personal and Lawful Purchases
Unless otherwise agreed, products sold through the Services are intended for lawful personal, household, or other permitted use.
You must not use the Services for:
-
Fraud;
-
Unauthorized resale;
-
Money laundering;
-
Unlawful export;
-
Sanctions evasion;
-
Misrepresentation;
-
Intellectual property infringement;
-
Illegal activities; or
-
Any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
We may reasonably limit quantities where necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, or abuse of the Services.
11. Prices
Product prices are displayed through the online store.
The price applicable to an order will normally be the price shown when the order is submitted.
Prices may change from time to time.
A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we may contact you before processing the order.
You will not be required to purchase a product at a materially incorrect price resulting from an obvious error.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, including:
-
Eligibility requirements;
-
Start and end dates;
-
Product restrictions;
-
Minimum order values;
-
Maximum usage limits;
-
Geographic limitations; and
-
Coupon or discount-code conditions.
Promotional codes have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms solely in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply.
13. Taxes, Duties, and Additional Charges
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts will be displayed during checkout where required and reasonably possible.
Orders delivered across national borders may be subject to:
-
VAT;
-
Customs duties;
-
Import taxes;
-
Clearance charges;
-
Local administrative charges; or
-
Other charges imposed by public authorities.
Where these charges are not expressly included in the amount collected by us, they may be payable separately by the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Please review the information displayed during checkout and our Shipping Policy before ordering.
14. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment method availability may depend on factors including:
-
Customer location;
-
Order amount;
-
Currency;
-
Product;
-
Delivery method; and
-
Payment-provider availability.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
-
Information supplied by you is accurate;
-
You authorize the relevant payment provider to process the transaction; and
-
You agree to pay the amount shown during checkout.
Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify, banks, payment gateways, PayPal, card networks, couriers, or other payment providers where applicable.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
We may conduct reasonable verification where necessary to protect customers and prevent fraud.
This may include verifying:
-
Customer identity;
-
Telephone number;
-
Billing address;
-
Delivery address;
-
Payment authorization;
-
Order information; or
-
Other transaction details.
We may temporarily hold, reject, or cancel a transaction where:
-
Payment cannot be verified;
-
Payment authorization fails;
-
Fraud is reasonably suspected;
-
The transaction appears unauthorized;
-
Order information is materially inconsistent; or
-
Processing would violate applicable law.
16. Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation using the contact information supplied during checkout.
The confirmation may include:
-
Order number;
-
Products ordered;
-
Quantities;
-
Order value;
-
Payment method;
-
Delivery details; and
-
Other relevant information.
Please review your confirmation carefully.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
17. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates or delivery periods displayed through the Services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances including:
-
Carrier delays;
-
Customs inspections;
-
Incorrect delivery information;
-
Severe weather;
-
Public holidays;
-
Transportation disruptions;
-
Strikes;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Natural disasters; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Where permitted by law, reasonable additional costs caused solely by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you may be charged to you.
For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage will pass in accordance with applicable consumer law.
18. Failed Delivery
You should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:
-
Attempt redelivery;
-
Contact you;
-
Deliver the parcel to an authorized collection location; or
-
Return the parcel to the sender.
Additional charges caused by repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect customer-provided information may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the failed delivery was caused by an error attributable to us or our delivery provider.
19. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, withdrawals, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
We currently provide a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible returns, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing through a qualifying distance contract may also have a separate statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The statutory withdrawal right is separate from our voluntary commercial return policy.
Where a consumer exercises an applicable statutory withdrawal right and has been properly informed of the obligation to pay direct return costs, the consumer will normally be responsible for those direct return shipping costs.
Where products are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming due to circumstances attributable to us, return costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in our voluntary return policy reduces any mandatory statutory consumer right.
20. Refunds
Approved refunds will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Where reasonably possible, refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method.
Where the original payment method cannot reasonably receive a refund, such as certain Cash on Delivery transactions where offered, we may arrange another appropriate refund method.
Refund processing time may depend on:
-
The reason for the return;
-
Payment method;
-
Return method;
-
When returned goods are received;
-
When proof of shipment is supplied; and
-
Bank or payment-provider processing times.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, reimbursement will be processed within the legally required period.
21. Intellectual Property
Content available through the Services may be protected by copyright, trademark, design, database, and other intellectual property laws.
Protected content may include:
-
Business names;
-
Logos;
-
Product names;

Product descriptions;
-

Designs;

Website layouts;
-

-
Other content.
Such content may belong to BDOJ OUTDOOR, Shopify, our suppliers, licensors, service providers, or other rights holders.
Unless otherwise permitted by law or authorized by us, you must not:
-
Copy protected content;

Reproduce protected content;
-
Republish content;
-
Distribute content;
-
Modify protected content;
-
Create unauthorized derivative works;
-
Commercially exploit website content;
-
Remove copyright or trademark notices; or
-
Use our content in a misleading manner.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
22. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Where the Services allow customers to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting content for publication through our Services, you grant us, to the extent permitted by applicable law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and publish that content for legitimate purposes related to:
-
Operating the Services;
-
Displaying customer reviews;
-
Responding to customer feedback;
-
Improving our Services; and
-
Promoting products or our business.
You confirm that submitted content:
-
Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
-
Is owned by you or submitted with authorization;
-
Does not infringe another person's rights;
-
Is not unlawful;
-
Is not misleading;
-
Is not defamatory or abusive;
-
Does not contain malware or malicious code; and
-
Appropriately discloses incentives or compensation where legally required.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
23. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website or Services:
-
For unlawful purposes;
-
To solicit unlawful activity;
-
To violate applicable laws or regulations;
-
To infringe intellectual property rights;
-
To harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate unlawfully;
-
To submit false or misleading information;
-
To transmit malicious code;

-
To interfere with website security;
-
To circumvent security features;
-
To gain unauthorized access to systems;
-
To commit payment fraud; or
-
To interfere with another person's use of the Services.
We may restrict or terminate access where a material violation occurs.
24. Third-Party Tools and Services
The Services may include functions, integrations, payment systems, or tools provided by third parties.
We do not necessarily own or control these independent services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own:
-
Terms;
-
Privacy policies;
-
Security practices; and
-
Operating conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.
25. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites, platforms, or services.
External websites may be independently operated.
We do not guarantee the:
-
Accuracy;
-
Availability;
-
Security;
-
Legality; or
-
Quality
of independent third-party websites or content.
If you leave our Services and access a third-party website, that third party's own terms and privacy practices will normally apply.
26. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains matters including:
-
Information we collect;
-
How information is used;
-
Legal bases for processing;
-
Cookies;
-
Service providers;
-
International transfers;
-
Data retention;
-
Data security; and
-
Data protection rights.
Please review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
27. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our Services available, accurate, and secure.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate:
-
Without interruption;
-
Without technical faults;
-
Without temporary errors;
-
On every browser or device; or
-
Without maintenance periods.
We may temporarily suspend or modify part of the Services for:
-
Maintenance;
-
Security;
-
Technical updates;
-
Legal compliance; or
-
Operational reasons.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to minimize disruption.
28. Errors and Inaccuracies
Information displayed through the Services may occasionally contain:
-
Typographical errors;
-
Pricing errors;
-
Product description errors;
-
Availability errors; or
-
Other inaccuracies.
We may correct obvious errors where reasonably necessary.
Where a material error affects an order already submitted, we may contact you to provide appropriate options.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to misleading, inaccurate, defective, or non-conforming goods.
29. Disclaimer and Statutory Rights
We make reasonable efforts to provide the Services with appropriate care.
However, except where expressly stated or legally required, we do not guarantee that every website feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits:
-
Mandatory consumer guarantees;
-
Statutory conformity rights;
-
Rights concerning defective goods;
-
Rights concerning incorrectly described goods;
-
Product liability that cannot legally be excluded; or
-
Any other mandatory consumer protection right.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BDOJ OUTDOOR will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes liability for:
-
Fraud;
-
Fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
Intentional misconduct;
-
Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded;
-
Mandatory product liability;
-
Gross negligence where liability cannot legally be restricted;
-
Violation of non-waivable consumer rights; or
-
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
31. Your Responsibility for Breaches
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses caused by:
-
Your unlawful use of the Services;
-
A material violation of these Terms;
-
Your infringement of a third party's rights;
-
Fraudulent conduct; or
-
Content submitted by you without the necessary rights or authorization.
You will not be responsible for losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.
32. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Such events may include:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Extreme weather;
-
War;
-
Civil unrest;
-
Government actions;
-
Epidemics;
-
Strikes;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Telecommunications failures;
-
Power failures;
-
Customs restrictions; or
-
Failures of essential third-party infrastructure.
Where such an event affects an existing order, we will take reasonable steps to minimize its impact.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
33. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
These Terms have been materially breached;
-
Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected;
-
Security has been threatened;
-
Payment remains lawfully unpaid;
-
The account presents a material risk to others; or
-
We are legally required to do so.
Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, notice may be provided.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Any unenforceable portion may be separated from the remaining Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
35. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not automatically mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
Any waiver applies only to the specific matter for which it is clearly granted.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases made through the online store.
Nothing in this section excludes information or terms that must legally form part of a consumer purchase agreement.
37. Assignment
You may not transfer your account or contractual obligations to another person without our prior consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate:
-
Business sale;
-
Merger;
-
Reorganization;
-
Financing;
-
Restructuring; or
-
Transfer of assets.
Any such transfer will not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
38. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time because of:
-
Changes in applicable law;
-
Regulatory requirements;
-
Changes to the Services;
-
Changes in available products;
-
Changes to payment systems;
-
Changes to delivery arrangements;
-
Security requirements; or
-
Changes to our business operations.
The latest version will be published through our online store.
Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that already apply to an existing purchase.
39. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through our online store are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to applicable conflict-of-law and mandatory consumer protection rules.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of Danish law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection that applies to you under the law of your country of residence where such protection cannot legally be waived.
40. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a question, complaint, or dispute concerning:
-
A product;
-
An order;
-
Payment;
-
Delivery;
-
A return;
-
A refund; or
-
The Services,
we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Please provide relevant information such as:
-
Your name;
-
Order number;
-
Email address used for the order;
-
Description of the issue; and
-
Supporting photographs or documents where relevant.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any right to contact a competent consumer authority, alternative dispute resolution body, or court where available under applicable law.
Nothing requires a consumer to waive the right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
